中套是保证轮胎模具闭合精度的重要部件，其中的气嘴结构直接影响到中套的圆度精度。通过减少气嘴焊接面，使焊接后中套的精度由0．5mm提高到0．05mm；通过改善中套后背来调整花纹块螺钉孔结构，使花纹块周向立面间隙调整和精度保证更加简便。
中套是保證輪胎模具閉閤精度的重要部件，其中的氣嘴結構直接影響到中套的圓度精度。通過減少氣嘴銲接麵，使銲接後中套的精度由0．5mm提高到0．05mm；通過改善中套後揹來調整花紋塊螺釘孔結構，使花紋塊週嚮立麵間隙調整和精度保證更加簡便。

The cone ring is one of the important parts to ensure the accuracy of the tire mould ,and the gas nozzle structure directly affects the accuracy in roundness .By reducing the weld surfaceof the gas nozzle , the precision of cone ring is improved from 0 .5 mm to 0 .05 mm .By improving the back part of the cone ring to adjust thescrewhole structure ,the seg‐ments circumferential gap can be adjusted conveniently and the precision can be ensured easily .
