探讨以团队为基础学习(team-based learning,TBL)教学方法对培养医学生批判性思维能力的作用.选择浙江医学高等专科学校2012级临床医学专业61名学生为研究对象,在实用人体形态学课程教学过程中,将这些学生分为实验组和对照组,分别采用TBL教学方法和以授课为基础学习(lecture-based leaning,LBL)教学方法.教学结束后,比较两组学生的学习成绩并对学生批判性思维能力7项特质进行问卷调查.结果表明,TBL教学方法对提高医学生分析、解决临床实际问题的能力,培养医学生的批判性思维能力具有较好的促进作用.

The objective of this article was to explore the effect of team-based learning (TBL) to culture medical students' ability of critical thinking.During the education of practice human morphology course,61 students majoring clinical medicine grade 2012 were divided into 2 groups which applied TBL or LBL education.7 characters of critical thinking were evaluated by unit testing and CTDI-CV questionnaire.The result suggested that TBL could improve the medical students' ability of analyzing and solve clinical practice problems,and help to culture their ability of critical thinking.
