目的 探讨模拟孕产妇在妇产科学见习教学中的应用效果.方法 选取上海交通大学2012级五年制临床医学专业85名学生为研究对象,在妇产科学见习教学中随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组45人,采用模拟孕产妇教学,对照组40名,采用传统教学方式进行相同内容教学.教学结束后,采用问卷调查分别了解两组学生对其教学方法的评价,同时采用客观结构化临床考试评估医学生的临床技能培训效果.结果 实验组学生对其教学方法的评价高于对照组医学生,两组学生对于其教学方法在提高临床思维和操作能力、促进对教学内容的掌握、提高团队协作能力、增强分析解决问题能力方面评价的差异具有统计学意义.实验组学生在病史采集、病历书写、妇科检查、临床处理和临床综合能力方面的成绩明显优于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义.结论 模拟孕产妇教学激发了医学生的学习兴趣,有助于妇产科学临床技能培训.

Objective To explore the effects of simulator mom(SimMom) simulation education on clinical skills training.Methods 85 five-year medical students of grade 2012 of Shanghai Jiao Tong University were divided into two groups randomly,the control group including 40 students was trained traditional clinical skill,and the experimental group was trained by simulation with 45 students given the same teaching content.After the training,the objective structured clinical examination were used to assess the effects o of the two training methods respectively.In addition,the feedback questionnaire was used to survey the superiority between the two groups.Results Students in experimental group were superior to that of control group in the improvement of clinical thoughts and operating skills,the enhancement the teaching content to master,promotion of team cooperation,help for analysis and solution of problems.The difference between the two group in collecting patients material,clinical record writing,clinical examination and treatment and clinical comprehensive ability had statistical significance.Conclusions SimMom teaching method improves the level of clinical operating skills of medical students and it is helpful to stimulate their studying interest,therefore it is worthy of promotion in training teaching of students of obstetrics and gynecology.
