航天钣金产品具有多品种、小批量的特点,适合渐进成形的生产模式。介绍了渐进成形在运载火箭箭体结构中的运用,通过对不同初始厚度的板料在特定成形轨迹下进行渐进圆孔翻边试验,探究板料厚度对渐进圆孔翻边件的影响,得到了板料厚度与圆孔翻边件表面质量、孔口状态以及厚度分布的关系。最后,通过成形半球面圆孔翻边件和半边管圆孔翻边件,证明了通过渐进成形进行曲面圆孔翻边的有效性。

Various kinds but small batches of sheet metal products are usually required in the field of aerospace engineering ,which are very suitable for the production mode of incre‐mental forming .The application of incremental forming in launch vehicle was introduced in this paper .The hole‐flanging of the medium and heavy plates with different thicknesses was carried out by incremental forming process based on the given tool paths .The influences of sheet thickness on the surface quality ,the morphology of the hole and the thickness distri‐bution in the formed region were studied .At last ,the feasibility of hole‐flanging on curved surface by incremental forming was verified by the hole‐flanging process on hemispherical surface and half‐tube .
