目前,我国精神卫生问题十分严重,精神医学专业人员严重缺乏,发展精神医学专业学位研究生教育,培养实用型精神医学专业人员势在必行.济宁医学院本科精神医学专业已经开设25年,积累了丰富的办学经验,2011年被教育部批准为国家首批“服务国家特殊需求人才培养项目”——学士学位授予单位开展培养专业学位硕士研究生试点工作单位.按照我国社会需求及教育部的要求,济宁医学院从培养目标、课程和教学时间设置、教学团队建设、管理模式、培养模式、教学方法和手段、实践教学、教学效果评价体系等方面入手,进行了积极的研究和探索,初步形成了独具特色的精神病与精神卫生学专业学位硕士研究生培养模式.

The Chinese government attaches great importance to the mental health work,however,mental health problems are still very serious in China.Professional talents of mental health and psychiatry are insufficient.It is imperative to develop the professional degree graduate education of mental health,train the practical professional talents of mental health.Jining Medical University has cultivated undergraduates of mental health and psychiatry for 25 years.It was ratified by Ministry of Education of People' s Republic of China as the first group school in 2011 to cultivate professional degree postgraduate in the basis of cultivating undergraduates-The project on cultivating special requirement talents for our country.According to the social need and the requirement of Ministry of Education of People' s Republic of China,Jining Medical University carried out comprehensive reformation and explored our special cultivating model of professional master degree postgraduate of mental health and psychiatry.Reformation contents include cultivation objective,course offering,teaching time offering,the construction of teaching team,management model,training model,teaching methods and means,practice teaching and the evaluation system of teaching effect.
