科学研究是医学院校的主要功能之一,科学研究能力是评价医学生的重要标准之一.佳木斯大学通过构建包括组建团队、技能培养、项目申报、成果发布4个方面的阶梯式培养模式,加强医学生科研训练,促进对创新型医学人才的培养,实践取得了初步成效.

Scientific research is not only one of the main functions of the medical colleges and universities,but also one of the important standards of evaluation medical students' abilities.In this article we tried to cultivate innovation talents through the scientific research and training,and designed a new cascade training model which consists of the team,skills training,project application,and published works.Scientific research training promotes the cultivation of innovative talents and improves the quality of medical education.
