目的 探索七年制临床医学专业学生电子病历书写能力培养方法并检验其效果.方法 选择东南大学附属中大医院2007级七年制临床医学专业108名学生为研究对象,将其分为对照组和实验组,每组50名学生.对实验组学生进行培训及考核,实习开始及实习结束时评价两组学生病历书写情况并进行分析.结果 实验组学生的病历书写水平明显高于对照组学生,而且大多数学生认可此培训考核体系.结论 中大医院设计的电子病历培训考核体系可以有效提高学生书病历书写水平和临床思维能力.

Objective To explore how to improve medical postgraduates' ability of writing medical record and to check whether it works.Methods 108 experimental postgraduates who came from clinical medicine school 2007 class were divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.The postgraduates in experimental group were trained in medical record writing and the test was conducted before and after the training.Results The students' recode writing in experimental group was better than that in control group.Most of the postgraduates thought that it works a lot.Conclusions The training program is able to improve postgraduates' writing ability of medical record.
