目的 探讨临床路径教学方法在消化科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果.方法 选择在同济大学附属同济医院消化科进行住院医师规范化培训的60名住院医师为教学对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30人.实验组采用临床路径教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法.培训结束后,进行理论、临床操作技能和临床病例分析考核,比较两组住院医师的考核成绩,同时对教学满意度进行问卷调查.结果 实验组住院医师各项考核成绩均优于对照组住院医师,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且对教学的满意度也比较高.结论 临床路径教学有利于促进消化科住院医师规范化培训中临床教学的标准化和系统化.

Objeetive To evaluate the effects of clinical pathway (CP) in resident clinical teaching practice of gastroenterology.Methods 60 residents under standardized training program in the Department of Gastroenterology of Tongji Hospital of Tongji University,were randomized into experimental group (n=30)and control group (n =30).CP method was used in experimental group and traditional teaching method was used in control group.The scores of theory examination,clinical skill assessment result and case analysis exam at the end of training stage were compared.The satisfaction degree was evaluated by questionnaire.Results Exam results of experimental group were better than control group (P <0.05) and residents of experimental group showed more satisfaction on teaching effects.Conclusions The CP method can promote the normalization and systematization of clinical teaching in resident standardized training of gastroenterology.
