加强卫生人员队伍建设,尤其是基层卫生人员的培训和教育是全面发展我国医疗卫生事业的一项迫切任务.从世界范围来看,印度、美国、澳大利亚等国家通过积极探索,建立起各具特色的、先进的卫生人员培训管理模式,值得我国借鉴.根据这些国家培训管理模式的特点,提出对我国的启示有:加大政府支持力度;制定基层卫生人员激励政策;丰富基层卫生人员培训内容;拓展基层卫生人员学历教育覆盖范围;完善基层卫生人员的继续教育;明确基层卫生人员职业发展路径.

The training and management of junior health personnel is an urgent task for the development of China's healthcare system.The systems in some countries such as India,America and Australia have their own characteristics and they are worth being studied by our country.Some inspirations to our train model are as follows:government supporting,incentives,integrated management of county,township and village,expansion of the education coverage,and ratio increase of junior health personnel.
