为了使教学内容与实践相联系,提高教学质量,第二军医大学在全军心理医师培训班的心理咨询与治疗学教学中引入案例教学方法,并通过自编问卷,对教学效果进行了评估.结果表明,案例教学方法在启发性、直观性、实际操作性等方面效果较好,能够使学员在短时间内初步掌握心理学的理论和技术.同时,分析了案例教学过程中需要注意的问题和有待改进的方面.

This is a study of case-based learning(CBL) method in the army psychiatrist course to provide the basis for the psychiatry teaching reform and to make the teaching more close to clinical practice.The effect of CBL was assessed by questionnaire survey.The result is that students can grasp the psychological theory and technology within a short time.The CBL method is better in the inspiration,intuition and the actual operation than traditional teaching method.Also,the problems needed to pay attention to and required further improvement in the future implementation of CBL teaching method were analyzed.
