目的：探讨具有流浪行为的精神分裂症患者人口学以及社会支持特点。方法：采用自制人口学调查表、简明精神病量表（BPRS）和社会支持量表（SSRS）对1856例有流浪行为的精神分裂症患者（流浪组）及同期1728例无流浪行为的精神分裂症患者（非流浪组）进行调查分析。结果：与非流浪组相比，流浪组农村户口（86.2%）、籍贯非本地（62.1%）、无固定职业（51.7%）、未婚（62.1%）及低教育水平（95.1%为小学文化）比率高，年龄多为30~40岁（51.7%）；SSRS 总分及各因子分显著低（P均﹤0.01）。结论：不良人口学特点和低社会支持水平可能是精神分裂症患者流浪行为的危险因素。

Objective:To explore the characteristics of demography and social support level in wandering behavior patients with schizophrenia. Method:The self-made social demographic questionnaire,the brief psy-chiatric rating scale(BPRS)and social support rating scale(SSRS)were used to analyze 1 856 wandering be-havior patients( wandering group)and 1 728 non-wandering behavior patients( non-wandering group)with schizophrenia. Results:Compared with the non-wandering group,the ratios of rural registered permanent resi-dence(86. 2% ),non-local(62. 1% ),and no fixed occupation(51. 7% ),unmarried(62. 1% ),low level of education(95. 1% )in the wandering group were higher;the age ranged from 30 to 40 years old(51. 7% );the total score and each factors cores of SSRS were significantly lower(all P ﹤ 0. 001). Conclusion:Bad demo-graphic characteristics and lower social support level may be the risks of wandering behavior in schizophrenic patients.
