目的：探讨住院双相障碍（BD）患者伴发代谢综合征（MS）情况及相关因素。方法：对231例住院 BD 患者（BD 组）进行一般情况调查、代谢相关指标的测量，结果与147名健康对照者（NC 组）比较。结果：BD 组体质量指数（BMI）、腰围（WAIST）、血清三酰甘油（TG）、空腹血糖（FPG）水平、血压异常率、中心型肥胖率及 MS 发生率显著高于 NC 组，血清高密度脂蛋白（ HDL）水平显著低于 NC 组（P ﹤0.05或 P ﹤0.01）。BD 患者中男性 MS 发生率（44.8%）明显高于女性（33.0%）（P ﹤0.05）；相对于非 MS 患者，伴有 MS 的患者年龄大、BD 病程长，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05或 P ﹤0.01）。结论：BD 患者 MS 发生率高，男性、年龄大、病程长为可能的危险因素。
목적：탐토주원쌍상장애（BD）환자반발대사종합정（MS）정황급상관인소。방법：대231례주원 BD 환자（BD 조）진행일반정황조사、대사상관지표적측량，결과여147명건강대조자（NC 조）비교。결과：BD 조체질량지수（BMI）、요위（WAIST）、혈청삼선감유（TG）、공복혈당（FPG）수평、혈압이상솔、중심형비반솔급 MS 발생솔현저고우 NC 조，혈청고밀도지단백（ HDL）수평현저저우 NC 조（P ﹤0.05혹 P ﹤0.01）。BD 환자중남성 MS 발생솔（44.8%）명현고우녀성（33.0%）（P ﹤0.05）；상대우비 MS 환자，반유 MS 적환자년령대、BD 병정장，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05혹 P ﹤0.01）。결론：BD 환자 MS 발생솔고，남성、년령대、병정장위가능적위험인소。
Objective:To explore the prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS)and the related factors in inpatients with bipolar disorder(BD). Method:The general situations were surveyed and metabolism related indicators were measured in 231 BD inpatients(BD group);the results were compared with 147 healthy controls (NC group). Results:The body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WAIST),levels of serum triglyc-erides(TG),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),the abnormal rates of blood pressure,rate of central obesity and the incidence of MS in BD group were significantly higher than those in the NC group;the level of serum high-density lipoprotein(HDL)was significantly lower than the NC group( P ﹤ 0. 05 or P ﹤ 0. 01). In the BD group,the incidence of MS in male(44. 8% )was significantly higher than female(33. 0% ,P ﹤ 0. 05). Com-pared to the BD patients without MS,the age of the patients with MS was elder and the course of BD was longer, the differences had statistical significance(P ﹤ 0. 05 or P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion:The incidence of MS in BD inpatients is higher. The risk factors may be correlated with male,elder and longer BD duration.
