制造型企业基层员工的构成发生了很多变化。尤其以90后员工为主体,该群体外出打工的动机发生了很多变化,已有的激励机制不能有效激励基层员工。不断改革和完善企业的激励机制,才能真正发挥其应有的功效。为此,必须实行以人为本、实行人性化管理,物质激励与精神激励综合使用,从而建立健全科学的考核评价体系。
製造型企業基層員工的構成髮生瞭很多變化。尤其以90後員工為主體,該群體外齣打工的動機髮生瞭很多變化,已有的激勵機製不能有效激勵基層員工。不斷改革和完善企業的激勵機製,纔能真正髮揮其應有的功效。為此,必鬚實行以人為本、實行人性化管理,物質激勵與精神激勵綜閤使用,從而建立健全科學的攷覈評價體繫。

The constitute of grass-roots staff in the manufacturing enterprises has changed a lot.The workers born in the 1990s have become a major component of the staff who have different motivation to work outside. The existing incentive mechanism can?t effectively motivate the staff.Only continuously reforming and perfecting the incentive mechanism can give full play to its due effect.So people-oriented and humanized management and material incentives and spiritual incentives integration should be implemented so as to establish and improve the scientific system of assessment.
