儒家“民贵君轻”理念强调国家治理应将人民利益放在首要位置。当前，在某种程度上存在着的以官为本、贪赃枉法、立法不够完善等问题有碍法治国家建设。因此，可吸取该理念的有益成分，充分发挥其“以人为本”原则、“为人民服务”精神以及切实保障人民利益之时代价值，推进现代法治建设的进程。
儒傢“民貴君輕”理唸彊調國傢治理應將人民利益放在首要位置。噹前，在某種程度上存在著的以官為本、貪贜枉法、立法不夠完善等問題有礙法治國傢建設。因此，可吸取該理唸的有益成分，充分髮揮其“以人為本”原則、“為人民服務”精神以及切實保障人民利益之時代價值，推進現代法治建設的進程。
유가“민귀군경”이념강조국가치리응장인민이익방재수요위치。당전，재모충정도상존재착적이관위본、탐장왕법、입법불구완선등문제유애법치국가건설。인차，가흡취해이념적유익성분，충분발휘기“이인위본”원칙、“위인민복무”정신이급절실보장인민이익지시대개치，추진현대법치건설적진정。
The Confucianism of highly valued people and lightly valued king emphasizes the interests of people being put in the first place in state-governance.The problems,such as official-orientated,perverting justice for a bribe and imperfect legislation,are impeding the construction of nomocracy.Therefore,it is necessary to suck up the available parts of this Confucianism,and give full play to its value in modern times including the people -centered principle ,the spirit of serving the people and practically protecting the people?s interests to advancing the process of modern nomocracy.
