科研综合素质培养是医学研究生教育的一个重要内容,也是创新型社会不断发展的必然要求.解放军总医院第一附属医院全军烧伤研究所对医学研究生综合素质培养进行了探索,包括增强导师培养意识;立足临床实际和学科发展前沿,培养创新素质;着眼社会发展需求,培养综合科研能力;以德为本,培养严谨求实的科研作风和勤奋刻苦的科研精神等几个方面,并对存在的问题进行了思考,希望能够对医学研究生科研综合素质的培养有所帮助.

Cultivation of comprehensive scientific and research quality is one of the most important content in training of medical postgraduates and a necessity of the continuous development of innovative society.The Burns Institute of the First Hospital Affiliated to PLA General Hospital carried out some explorations in cultivation of comprehensive scientific and research quality for medical postgraduates,which include enhancing training awareness of tutors;cultivating innovative quality based on clinical practice and academic development;cultivating comprehensive scientific and research capacity based on necessity of society;cultivating rigorous and realistic scientific style and hardworking spirit based on morality,and so on.Some problems in cultivating comprehensive scientific and research quality were considered.The author hopes it is benefit to education of medical postgraduates.
