对比研究医学院校不同年级家庭经济困难学生勤工助学工作现状.不同年级学生对部分勤工助学工作现状及相关工作的看法趋向一致,但也存在一定差异.不同年级学生参加勤工助学目的中,“锻炼能力”及“接触社会,了解社会”呈“两头高,中间低”特点;随着年级的升高,学生勤工助学的参与度在增加,工作地点在扩展,工作“含智量”在提高,但学生对勤工助学具体工作的满意度在降低.

We investigated and analyzed the differences among different grades students from poor families on work-study program in the medical university.Opinions of students in different grades tended to be the same but with some differences.Purpose of "exercise capacity" and "contact with the community,understand the community" showed the U-shaped curve.With grades being higher,participation of work-study program increased,work places were extended,wisdom aspect enhanced,but students' satisfaction decreased in the specific work.
