目的:分析原发性高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平变化特征及其临床意义。方法选取50例原发性高血压患者为观察组,50例健康志愿者为对照组。检查两组受检者的血清Hcy水平,根据血压水平、病程及颈动脉狭窄程度对患者进行分组,比较各组HCY水平的差异,并分析HCY水平与收缩压、舒张压、高血压分级、高血压病程及颈动脉内膜厚度的关系。结果观察组HCY水平为(22.3±3.2)μmol/L,明显高于对照组的(11.2±2.5)μmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高血压程度越重,患者HCY水平升高越明显,颈动脉狭窄程度越重,患者HCY水平升高越明显,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,HCY水平与高血压患者收缩压及颈动脉内膜厚度呈正相关(r=0.352、0.467,P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者HCY水平显著升高,且其水平与患者收缩压及颈动脉内膜厚度呈正相关。

목적:분석원발성고혈압환자혈청동형반광안산(HCY)수평변화특정급기림상의의。방법선취50례원발성고혈압환자위관찰조,50례건강지원자위대조조。검사량조수검자적혈청Hcy수평,근거혈압수평、병정급경동맥협착정도대환자진행분조,비교각조HCY수평적차이,병분석HCY수평여수축압、서장압、고혈압분급、고혈압병정급경동맥내막후도적관계。결과관찰조HCY수평위(22.3±3.2)μmol/L,명현고우대조조적(11.2±2.5)μmol/L,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。고혈압정도월중,환자HCY수평승고월명현,경동맥협착정도월중,환자HCY수평승고월명현,조간비교차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。상관성분석현시,HCY수평여고혈압환자수축압급경동맥내막후도정정상관(r=0.352、0.467,P<0.05)。결론원발성고혈압환자HCY수평현저승고,차기수평여환자수축압급경동맥내막후도정정상관。
Objective To analyze the changes of plasma homocysteine (HCY) levels in patients with prima-ry hypertension and its clinical significance. Methods Fifty patients with primary hypertension were chosen as the observation group, and 50 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The levels of plasma HCY in two groups were checked. The patients were divided into different groups according to the blood pressure level, course of disease and the extent of carotid artery stenosis. The difference of HCY levels were compared, and the relationships be-tween HCY level and the grade of hypertension, duration of hypertension, carotid artery intima media thickness were analyzed. Results In the observation group, the level of HCY was (22.3 ± 3.2) μmol/L, significantly higher than (11.2 ± 2.5)μmol/L in the control group (P<0.05). The more severe the degree of hypertension, the more significantly the level of HCY increased. The more severe the degree of carotid artery stenosis, the more significant the increase of HCY level (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that HCY levels were positively correlated with carotid artery endo-metrial thickness and systolic blood pressure in hypertension patients (r=0.352, 0.467, P<0.05). Conclusion The lev-el of HCY increase significantly in patients with primary hypertension, and the HCY level is positively correlated with systolic blood pressure and carotid artery intima-media thickness.
