目的 探讨行动导向教学在医学伦理学教学中的应用效果.方法 选取沧州医学高等专科学校临床医学专业2个班的学生作为研究对象,一班作为实验组,另一班作为对照组.两组学生人数、年龄、入学成绩的差异无统计学意义.实验组采用行动导向教学,对照组采用传统教学.课程教学结束后,通过对比两组学生的期末考试、日常考核成绩和问卷调查结果以评价教学效果.结果 实验组学生的期末考试成绩和日常考核成绩明显优于对照组学生,并且实验组学生对教学方法、实习医院的满意度高于对照组学生.结论 行动导向教学拉近了课程内容与医学伦理实践的距离,激发了学生的学习兴趣,增强了教学实效性.

Objective To explore the application effect of action-oriented teaching method in the teaching of medical ethics.Methods Two classes of clinical medicine specialty of Cangzhou Medical Collgeg were selected as the research object.One was as the experimental group,the other was as the control group.There were no significant differences between the two groups of students through number,age,admission scores comparison.The experimental group adopted the action oriented teaching.The control group used the traditional teaching.After the course,the teaching effect was evaluated through the comparison of two groups' final examination results,daily examination results and questionnaire results.Results In the evaluation results,the teaching method and training hospital satisfaction,the students in the experimental group were significantly better than that of control group.Conclusions The actionoriented teaching narrows the distance between the curriculum content and medical ethics practice.It stimulates the learning interests and enhances the teaching effectiveness.
