目的 探讨情景模拟联合行为回放式教学方法在八年制临床医学专业学生儿科学临床技能培训中的效果.方法 选择北京大学医学部2008级八年制临床医学专业54名学生为研究对象.在儿科学临床技能培训中,随机将这些学生分成实验组和对照组,每组27人.实验组学生采用情景模拟联合行为回放式教学方法,对照组学生采用情景模拟教学方法.教学结束后进行操作技能及相关理论知识考核,分析两组学生成绩,并采用座谈及问卷调查方式了解实验组学生对情景模拟联合行为回放式教学方法的认可程度.结果 实验组学生操作技能成绩及临床技能考试总成绩优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义;沟通技能和理论知识成绩两组学生比较,差异无统计学意义.大多数实验组学生对情景模拟联合行为回放式教学方法进行儿科学临床技能培训予以肯定.结论 情景模拟联合行为回放式教学方法在八年制临床医学专业学生儿科学临床技能培训中起到积极作用,对提高学生的操作技能起到了重要的作用.

Objective To study the effects of the simulation-based medical education and video playback method in pediatric clinical skills training of eight-year program medical students.Methods Fifty-four students from eight-year program medical of Peking University Health Science Center were divided into two groups randomly,with twenty-seven students taught by simulation-based medical method in control group,and twenty-seven students taught by the simulation-based medical education associated with video playback method in intervention group.All the students had clinical skills and associated theoretical knowledge tests after training.Then the students' achievement of the two groups were analyzed,and the recognition of the simulation-based medical education associated with video playback method was investigated.Results The score of clinical skills tests of intervention group was higher than that of control group.However,there was no difference of communication ability score and theoretical knowledge score between the two groups.The simulation-based medical education associated with video playback method was approved by most of the students in intervention group.Conclusions The simulation-based medical education associated with video playback method plays positive role in pediatric clinical skills training.It can improve clinical skills of eight-year program medical students.
