目的 以眼科学课程为例,探讨翻转课堂在以典型病例为导向的临床医学教学模式中的应用与效果评价.方法 选择丽水学院2012级临床医学专业77名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组38名学生,对照组39名学生,实验组采用以临床典型病例为导向的翻转课堂教学模式,对照组采用传统课堂教学模式.采用各专题理论测试、教学效果问卷调查、临床实训技能考核的方法评价教学效果.结果 实验组学生各专题理论测试成绩、教学效果问卷调查、临床实训技能考核成绩均优于对照组学生,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 以临床典型病例为导向的翻转课堂教学模式的教学效果优于传统课堂教学模式,值得在临床医学教学中推广应用.

Objective To take ophthalmology teaching as example,this paper explore the effects of application the case-oriented of "flipped classroom" clinical medical teaching model.Methods Seventy-seven students specializing in clinical medicine enrolled in 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group (n =38) and control group (n =39).The case-oriented of "flipped classroom" teaching model was used in the experimental group.The control group were received the traditional teaching methods.The teaching effects were evaluated by the average score of each unit theoretical exam,the questionnaire survey,and clinical practice skills performance evaluation.Results The average score of each unit theoretical exam,the questionnaire survey,and clinical practice skills performance evaluation of experimental group were better than those of control group and the difference is significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions The" flipped classroom" teaching effect of the case-oriented teaching model is superior to the traditional classroom teaching,has the value of popularization.
