目的 探讨基于临床影像信息平台以案例为基础学习教学方法在影像医学教学中的应用效果.方法 选取天津医科大学2007级和2008级七年制临床医学专业179名学生为研究对象,其中2007级90名学生为对照组,2008级89名学生为实验组.实验组采用基于临床影像信息平台的以案例为基础学习的教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法.教学结束后,通过学生的考核成绩、匿名问卷调查结果和学生后期应用能力以评估教学效果.结果 与对照组学生相比,实验组学生的考试成绩有明显提高,差异具有统计学意义;问卷调查结果表明,实验组学生普遍认可新的教学方法,并且后期的应用能力优于对照组学生.结论 基于临床影像信息平台以案例为基础学习教学方法优于传统教学方法,有利于影像医学教学目标的实现,能够更好地培养学生的能力.

Objective To explore the teaching effect of imageology for the apply of case-based learming(CBL) teaching method based on clinical medical imageology information platform by comparing with traditional teaching model.Methods 89 clinical medicine students of seven-year program of grade 2008 as the test group,90 clinical medicine studests of seven-year program of grade 2007 as the comparative group,CBL teaching method based on clinical medical imageology information platform was used to the test group,traditional teaching method was used to the other group.After teaching,using anonymous questionnaires and analyzing examination results of students and tracking the ability of application for evaluating teaching effect.Results Compared with comparative group,the students in test group had gotten betterscores,the new teaching method was gotten approved by great majority of students in test group and the ability of application is better than the comparative group.Conclusions CBL teaching model based on clinical medical imageology information platform is better than traditional model in the teaching of imageology.
