贵州高速公路气象监测系统通过适用于多雾多凝冻地区的分级预警划分,实现了对交通气象的信息监控。该系统的交通气象预报不仅在形式、内容、适用性上都有提高,还引入了精细、客观预报方法和集成了预报模型。作者通过对贵州高速公路交通气象监测网的适用性讨论发现,结合贵州多雾多凝冻的天气气候,交通气象监测站重点布设在气象灾害隐患点;作者还以路面状况、路面温度、能见度为例讨论了监测数据的质量和应用。在系统初步应用中的问题主要为:交通气象监控站布设密度不够,维护还需要跟进,数据应用需挖掘;交通气象监控需发展数据质量的控制方法,以及综合分级的预警方法;在交通气象预报方面监测资料运用不足,与高原山区高速公路特点耦合不够。

Guizhou highway traffic weather monitoring system realized monitoring by the classified warning standard. The traffic weather forecast was not only improved in form, content and applicability, but also introduced the fine, objective forecast methods, and integrated forecast model. Discussion on the application of Guizhou highway traffic weather monitoring net concluded that: the distribution of traffic weather stations had considered the weather features of fog and icing easy-happening,and mainly set on the easy-happening sites of meteorological disasters; monitoring data’s quality and application could be reflected by pavement situation and temperature, also the visibility. Problems existed in the application of the system were:traffic weather monitoring stations dense was not enough, and the maintenances needed following; data application needed deep digging; ways of data quality control and comprehensive grading monitoring method should be developed; in traffic weather forecast, the monitoring data were not well used, and not well suited to the features of the highways in mountain areas of plateau.
