目的:探索精神分裂症(SZ)和双相障碍(BD)患者微小躯体异常(MPAs)及其差异。方法:采用爱丁堡利手量表、部分躯体异常量表及新增条目对126例 SZ 患者(SZ 组)、117例 BD I 型患者(BD 组)及120名正常对照者(NC 组)进行评定;计算利手偏侧化系数(LI)。结果:LI 显示3组均为右偏侧化,BD 组最为明显,SZ 组最弱,差异有统计学意义(P ﹤0.01)。3组间内眼距、外眼距和右手第二指长度:右手第四手指长度(2D:4D)总体差异有统计学意义(P 均﹤0.01)。内眼距 SZ 组最大,BD 组次之;外眼距 BD 组明显大于其他两组;2D:4D SZ 组明显大于比其他两组;SZ 组和 BD 组内眦赘皮率明显多于 NC 组。头顶漩涡位置 NC 组多偏右侧,SZ 组和 BD 组多在中间;SZ 组耳末粘附、尖耳和第一、二趾间隙过宽明显多于其他两组。结论:SZ 和 BD 患者有较多 MPAs,可能存在神经发育偏侧化异常。

목적:탐색정신분렬증(SZ)화쌍상장애(BD)환자미소구체이상(MPAs)급기차이。방법:채용애정보리수량표、부분구체이상량표급신증조목대126례 SZ 환자(SZ 조)、117례 BD I 형환자(BD 조)급120명정상대조자(NC 조)진행평정;계산리수편측화계수(LI)。결과:LI 현시3조균위우편측화,BD 조최위명현,SZ 조최약,차이유통계학의의(P ﹤0.01)。3조간내안거、외안거화우수제이지장도:우수제사수지장도(2D:4D)총체차이유통계학의의(P 균﹤0.01)。내안거 SZ 조최대,BD 조차지;외안거 BD 조명현대우기타량조;2D:4D SZ 조명현대우비기타량조;SZ 조화 BD 조내자췌피솔명현다우 NC 조。두정선와위치 NC 조다편우측,SZ 조화 BD 조다재중간;SZ 조이말점부、첨이화제일、이지간극과관명현다우기타량조。결론:SZ 화 BD 환자유교다 MPAs,가능존재신경발육편측화이상。
Objective:To explore the minor physical anomalies(MPAs)and the difference between the patients with schizophrenia(SZ)and bipolar disorder(BD). Method:One hundred and twenty-six SZ pa-tients(SZ group),117 BD patients(BD group)and 120 normal controls(NC group)were assessed by Edin-burgh handedness inventory,abnormal part of the body scale and new items. The laterality index(LI)of each group was calculated. Results:LI showed that there was laterality of right side in all of the 3 groups,the most obvious was BD group,the weakest was SZ group;the difference was statistically significant. There were signifi-cant differences of inner canthal distance,outer canthal distance and the length of the second finger of right hand: length of the fourth finger of right hand(2D:4D)among the 3 groups(all P ﹤ 0. 01). The longest inner canthal distance was SZ group and then was BD group. The outer canthal distance in BD group was significantly longer than the other 2 groups;2D:4D in SZ group was significantly greater than the other 2 groups. The whorl position on head was more on right side in NC group,and on middle in SZ and BD groups. Epicanthus rate in SZ and BD groups was significantly higher than NC group. The rates of adherent ear lobe,cuspidal and gap between first and second toes in SZ group were significantly higher than those in the other 2 groups. Conclusion:The MPAs exist in SZ and BD patients who may have abnormal neurodevelopmental partial lateralization.
