本文以某铁路集装箱中心站装卸线为研究对象,实地调研分析其作业过程,利用 eM-plant仿真平台进行布局优化。通过建立代表6种布局的6个系统模型和改变模型参数,对不同模型不同参数下的运行结果进行对比分析,找出到达集装箱分流比例与最优布局的潜在规律。

This article chose the handing lines of a railway container terminal as the object to study, and optimizing its layout with eM-plant simulation platform after analyzing the working process of the handing system by field investigation .After establishing six system models ,which represent six layouts, and changing the model parameters, the potential rules between shunting ratio of arriving container and optimal layout were identified through comparing and analyzing the results of the different models with different parameters.
