The aim of the construction of the standardized training model for resident doctors in the ultrasonography department is to cultivate personnel majored in ultrasound medicine with good professional ethics,solid theoretical knowledge,and clinical skills,who can take on the clinical job of standardized diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring disease dependently in different levels of hospitals.In this article,we analyzed the standardized residency training situation and existing problems in the ultrasound department,and had built a new model of standardized residency training combining with the development of ultrasonic medicine,the practice has achieved initial success.
