目的 进行订单定向医学生对高等学校全科医学教育的满意度评价.方法 设计教育服务质量满意度量表,对订单定向医学生进行问卷调查.结果 满意度评分在3.4分~3.7分之间,且不受学生的性别、民族、生源地等个人情况影响.结论 学生对学校提供的教育服务质量总体满意度较高,但仍然需要加强政策宣传力度和学校重视程度.

Objective To evaluate order-based students' satisfaction toward general medical education service quality.Methods Order-based students were surveyed by "educational service quality satisfaction scale".Results The scores of" educational service quality satisfaction scale" were between 3.4 to 3.7,and the personal information,such as gender,nationality,birthplace,whether they are onlychild,party members or student cadres or not and so on,has no difference to the students' average score.Conclusions Order-based medical students have high satisfaction with quality of educational service,but still need to strengthen policy advocacy efforts and the degree of emphasis.
