This paper introduces the wheel and tire assemble process and the basic concept of the important product characteristic dynamic balance during the assemble process,and introduces the measuring principle of dynamic balancing machine.Through a large number sample collection and statistical analysis,the low first percent of pass issue of dynamic balance was solved,obvious effects have been achieved.
