2014年4月28日环境保护部批准了GB 18485—2014《生活垃圾焚烧污染控制标准》，新标准中规定：新建生活垃圾焚烧炉自2014年7月1日、现有生活垃圾焚烧炉自2016年1月1日起执行。从新、旧标准的比较，新标准对现有垃圾焚烧企业的影响，新标准对新建垃圾焚烧企业的启示，以及其带来的经济、社会影响4个方面展开讨论。通过联系国内外以往的技术、经济、社会发展规律可以推测这一标准的制定与实施，将对我国生活垃圾焚烧技术升级、控制生活垃圾焚烧污染排放、促进生活垃圾焚烧产业健康发展等方面产生巨大的促进作用；同时，还有利于推进我国生活垃圾焚烧新技术、新装备的研发及相关产业的快速发展。

MEP promulgated the new national stan da rd "Standard for pollution control on the municipal solid waste incineration (GB 18485—2014)"on April 28, 2014. It is stipulated that the new standard should be executed from July 1, 2014 for newly built waste incinerators and from January 1, 2016 for existing waste incinerators, respectively. This article makes discussion in the following four aspects: the differences between the new and old standards, effects of the new standard on existing waste incineration companies, inspiration on newly built waste incineration companies, and effects on social and economic development. Considering the regular pattern of the technology, economy and social development at home and abroad, it can be conjectured that the formulation and implement of the new standard would significantly promote technological advances, emission control and health development of waste incineration industry, as well as the development of new technologies, new equipment of waste incineration industry and relative industries.
