基于对南京市环境监测中心站信息化系统建设现状的分析,引入“环境监测综合业务管理平台”建设方案,以解决现存的基础对象管理分散、综合信息提取不足,以及系统方便性、扩展性和安全性不足等问题。该平台按4层架构设计,采用主流软件技术,涵盖统一基础平台、基础对象管理、行政办公管理、综合业务处理等系统功能,并具备统一平台、内外网互通、移动办公、模块可定制和可扩展等创新点。

Based on the analysis of the status of infor mation system construction in Nanjing Environmental Monitoring Center, a construction scheme was introduced which is named "integrated service management platform for environmental monitoring", in order to solve such problems that the basic management objects are so scattered, which is inadequate to extract integrated information, and the system is lack of convenience, expansibility and safety. The platform was designed as four-layer structure. With various software techniques be adopted, the system covers multiple functions such as uniform basic platform, basic object management, administrative management and integrated service processing. Moreover, the system possesses innovation points like uniform platform, exchange of intranet and internet, mobile office,customizable and extensible module, and so on.
