采用混凝沉淀、混凝沉淀过滤、直接过滤和投加碳源和除磷药剂过滤等工艺对城市污水二级处理出水进行再生水处理试验,出水水质目标要达到一级A标准,并且TN≤10 mg/L,TP≤0.3 mg/L。结果表明混凝沉淀、混凝沉淀过滤、直接过滤对悬浮性污染物有一定的去除作用,其中混凝沉淀过滤效果最好,滤后水中CODCr、TP、浊度平均浓度和平均去除率分别为26.8 mg/L、0.07 mg/L、1.10 NTU和38.6%、86.1%、68.4%,但三者对氮的去除效果均较差,TN平均去除率分别为1.1%、3.9%和4.0%;投加碳源和化学除磷药剂混合后过滤,氮、磷去除效果良好,滤后水TN、TP、浊度的平均浓度和平均去除率分别为5.24 mg/L、0.09 mg/L、1.33 NTU和48.7%、83.8%、75.6%。

The experiments of reclaimed water for urban sewage secondary treated water were carried out by coagulation sedimentation, coagulation sedimentation filtration, direct filtration and filtration with carbon source and dephosphorization agent, and the effluent quality must reach grade I A, TN ≤10 mg/L, TP≤ 0.3 mg/L.The results show that coagulation sedimentation, coagulation sedimentation filtration and direct filtration have an effect on suspended pollutant;coagulation sedimentation filtration has a best effect, by which average CODCr , TP, turbidity and their removal rates are 26.8 mg/L, 0.07 mg/L, 1.10 NTU and 38.6%, 86.1%, 68.4%.Removal effect of nitrogen is not good by such three processes and average removal rates of TN are 1.1%, 3.9%and 4.0%, respectively.Removal effect of nitrogen and phosphorus are good by filtration with carbon source and dephosphorization materials, by which average TN, TP, the turbidity and their removal rates are 5.24 mg/L, 0.09 mg/L, 1.33 NTU and 48.7%, 83.8%, 75.6%.
