利用反渗透技术处理垃圾渗滤液会产生大量的浓缩液。试验利用回灌法处理浓缩液,设计了3个垃圾柱体,对不同好氧、厌氧条件下,反渗透浓缩液进行回灌处理。检测垃圾柱体的出水COD,氨氮,ORP,电导率情况,来判断回灌法处理反渗透浓缩液的处理效果。试验结果表明:①厌氧回灌浓缩液的效果较好,适于实际应用;②氨氮去除率在50%左右,限制氨氮去除率的主要因素是碳氮比低;③盐的去除率在35%左右。
利用反滲透技術處理垃圾滲濾液會產生大量的濃縮液。試驗利用迴灌法處理濃縮液,設計瞭3箇垃圾柱體,對不同好氧、厭氧條件下,反滲透濃縮液進行迴灌處理。檢測垃圾柱體的齣水COD,氨氮,ORP,電導率情況,來判斷迴灌法處理反滲透濃縮液的處理效果。試驗結果錶明:①厭氧迴灌濃縮液的效果較好,適于實際應用;②氨氮去除率在50%左右,限製氨氮去除率的主要因素是碳氮比低;③鹽的去除率在35%左右。
이용반삼투기술처리랄급삼려액회산생대량적농축액。시험이용회관법처리농축액,설계료3개랄급주체,대불동호양、염양조건하,반삼투농축액진행회관처리。검측랄급주체적출수COD,안담,ORP,전도솔정황,래판단회관법처리반삼투농축액적처리효과。시험결과표명:①염양회관농축액적효과교호,괄우실제응용;②안담거제솔재50%좌우,한제안담거제솔적주요인소시탄담비저;③염적거제솔재35%좌우。
Using reverse osmosis technology to deal with waste landfill leachate will produce a lot of concentrate liquor. In this experiment, recirculation was used to treat concentrated liquor. The value of COD, ammonia nitrogen, ORP and conductivity in the effluent was detected as the judging of the reverse osmosis concentrate treatment effect. Three cylinders were designed for different aerobic conditions to recycle the waste landfill leachate. The experimental results showed that:(1) Anaerobic recirculation technology was better and could be applied to project. (2)Ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency was about 50%and the main restrict factor was low carbon nitrogen ratio.(3)Salt removal rate was about 35%.
