为研究高能叠氮硝胺发射药的动态力学强度及影响因素,以现有配方DAGR1为基础,通过调节组分设计制备了4种21/19粒状发射药,低温(-40℃)下对其进行了落锤撞击试验。结果表明,撞击初速为4.0 m/s 时, DAGR1的临界撞击能约为33 J/cm2;在配方中添加质量分数1.5%的热塑性弹性体(ETPE)及混合增塑剂总含量不变增加DIANP含量均可提高样品的低温抗撞击损伤强度。
為研究高能疊氮硝胺髮射藥的動態力學彊度及影響因素,以現有配方DAGR1為基礎,通過調節組分設計製備瞭4種21/19粒狀髮射藥,低溫(-40℃)下對其進行瞭落錘撞擊試驗。結果錶明,撞擊初速為4.0 m/s 時, DAGR1的臨界撞擊能約為33 J/cm2;在配方中添加質量分數1.5%的熱塑性彈性體(ETPE)及混閤增塑劑總含量不變增加DIANP含量均可提高樣品的低溫抗撞擊損傷彊度。
위연구고능첩담초알발사약적동태역학강도급영향인소,이현유배방DAGR1위기출,통과조절조분설계제비료4충21/19립상발사약,저온(-40℃)하대기진행료락추당격시험。결과표명,당격초속위4.0 m/s 시, DAGR1적림계당격능약위33 J/cm2;재배방중첨가질량분수1.5%적열소성탄성체(ETPE)급혼합증소제총함량불변증가DIANP함량균가제고양품적저온항당격손상강도。
In order to study the dynamic mechanical strength and influence factors of high energy azidonitramine gun propellant,four kinds of 21/19 granular gun propellants were prepared based on formulation of DAGR1.The drop weight tests of samples were conducted at low temperature(-40℃).Results indicate that the critical impact energy of DAGR1 is 33 J/cm2 when the impact velocity is 4.0 m/s.The impact fracture property of sample improved signifi-cantly at low temperature(-40℃)with 1 .5%additive of energetic thermoplastic elastomer (ETPE)and the increase of proportion of 1 ,5-diazido-3-nitrozapentane (DIANP).
