为解决MgH2型水解敏化储氢乳化炸药的发泡过程难以有效控制及后效问题,提高MgH2的贮存稳定性,采用溶胶-凝胶法用石蜡和硬脂酸对 MgH2进行包覆,制备了石蜡和硬脂酸包覆的 MgH2。用扫描电镜对包覆膜的微观结构进行表征,并根据猛度实验结果选择石蜡作为最终包覆材料,对石蜡包覆的 Mg H 2进行防水实验和抗氧化EDS测试。利用水下爆炸实验研究了石蜡包覆的 Mg H 2与乳化基质的相容性和贮存稳定性。结果表明,石蜡膜具有优良的防水性能,但其抗氧化性能不佳,石蜡包覆的 Mg H 2复合敏化乳化炸药的贮存性能符合要求。

In order to solve the controlling and aftereffect problem in foaming process of MgH2 hydrolysis sensitized emulsion explosive,and improve the storage stability of MgH2 ,the hydrogen storage material MgH2 was coated by sol-gel method,and paraffin wax and octadecanoic acid coated MgH2 were produced respectively.The micro structures of the coating films were characterized by scanning electron microscope,and paraffin wax was determined as the final coating material through the brisance experiment.Water resistance and oxidation resistance abilities of the paraffin wax coated MgH2 were tested.The compatability and storagestability of paraffin wax coated MgH2 and emulsion matrix were studied by underwater explosion test.The results show that the paraffin wax film has good water resistance ability,while the oxidation resistance ability is poor.The stability of emulsion explosive sensitized by paraffin wax coated MgH2 meets the requirement.
