以3,4-双(3′-氨基呋咱基-4′-)氧化呋咱(BAFF)为原料,经 SnCl2·2H2O/CH3OH 体系还原,得到中间体3,4-双(3′-氨基呋咱基-4′-)呋咱(BAFF-1),再通过 Caro′s acid 氧化制得4-氨基-4″-硝基-[3,3′,4′,3″]-三呋咱(ANTF),用IR、NMR、MS和元素分析对其结构进行了表征。考察了BAFF-1与 H2 O2摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度和过氧化氢含量对收率的影响,得到最佳合成工艺条件为n(BAFF-1)∶n(35%H2O2)∶n(浓 H2SO4)为1∶8∶40,反应时间为4h,反应温度为30℃,收率为45.6%。用Kamlet公式计算密度为1.782g/cm3时ANTF的爆速、爆压分别为8.20 km/s、29.64 GPa,有望成为一种可替代TNT的新型熔铸炸药。

The intermediate of 3 ,4-bis-(3′-aminofurazal-4′-yl)-furazan (BAFF-1 )was synthesized from 3 ,4-bis (3′-aminofurazal-4′-yl)-furoxan (BAFF)reduced by SnCl2·2H2O/CH3OH.4-Amino-4″-nitro-[3,3′,4′,3″]-trifurazans (ANTF)was successfully obtained through the reaction of BAFF-1 with Caro′s acid.The structure was character-ized by IR,NMR,MS spectra and elemental analysis.The influences of molar ratio of BAFF-1 to H2 O2 ,reaction time,reaction temperature and H2 O2 content on the yield of ANTF were studied.The optimum synthesis conditions were determined that the molar ratio ofn(BAFF-1)∶n(35%H2O2)∶n(H2SO4)was 1∶8∶40 for 4 hours at 30℃, the yield of ANTF is 45 .6%.The detonation velocity and detonation pressure of ANTF calculated by Kamlet formula are 8.20km/s and 29.64GPa,respectively under the density of 1.782g/cm3,it is expected to become a new type of melt-cast explosive to replace TNT.
