为研究硝化甘油喷雾法中喷雾压力、甘油流量等工艺参数对硝化效果的影响,使用相位多普勒技术(PDA)检测了不同工艺参数下喷雾颗粒的粒径及速度分布,并通过高速摄影对雾化效果进行了验证。结果表明,喷雾压力为0.12 MPa时液滴粒径分布最稳定,甘油流量为5 kg/h时液滴粒径最小可达20μm;喷雾液滴粒径随轴向距离的增加总体呈递减趋势,而随着喷雾径向距离的增加而增大;喷雾径向速度服从高斯分布。高速摄像仪(CCD)验证结果表明,喷雾压力0.12 MPa时,甘油流量5和6 kg/h时,喷雾效果较好。
為研究硝化甘油噴霧法中噴霧壓力、甘油流量等工藝參數對硝化效果的影響,使用相位多普勒技術(PDA)檢測瞭不同工藝參數下噴霧顆粒的粒徑及速度分佈,併通過高速攝影對霧化效果進行瞭驗證。結果錶明,噴霧壓力為0.12 MPa時液滴粒徑分佈最穩定,甘油流量為5 kg/h時液滴粒徑最小可達20μm;噴霧液滴粒徑隨軸嚮距離的增加總體呈遞減趨勢,而隨著噴霧徑嚮距離的增加而增大;噴霧徑嚮速度服從高斯分佈。高速攝像儀(CCD)驗證結果錶明,噴霧壓力0.12 MPa時,甘油流量5和6 kg/h時,噴霧效果較好。

In order to analyze the influence of different technological parameters,such as spray pressure and glycerin flow,on the nitration effect,the distribution of spray grain size and speed under different technological parameters were tested by using Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer(PDPA)and the spray effect was verified by Charge Coupled Device(CCD).The results show that when spray pressure is 0.12 MPa,the distribution of spray grain with particle size of 20 um can be obtained.The spray grain size decreased with the increase of axial distance and increased with the increase of radial distance.The speed of radial direction obey the Gaussian distribution.The results verified by CCD show that the spray effect is better under the spray pressure of 0.12 MPa and glycerin flow rate of 5 and 6 kg/h.
