随着智能变电站的大规模建设,变电站配置描述文件中虚回路配置的正确性及其与现场设备运行的一致性,对智能变电站的安全运行至关重要.为此认真研究了SCD文件的配置信息,在总结大量工程经验的基础上归纳提出了对虚拟回路亦静亦动的自动校核方法:静态校核依次分别进行SCD文件的schema、虚回路语义校验和配置校验,而动态校核则利用故障模拟系统,实现虚回路的闭环测试.所提出的校核方法采用动静结合,可有效保障虚回路的正确性和一致性,快速提高智能变电站的调试效率和运维便利性.

With the large-scale construction of smart subs-tations,correctness of the substation specification description (SCD) file and its consistency with the on-site equipment operation become crucial to the safe operation of the smart substation,especially to the virtual circuit between intelligent electronic devices in the SCD file. Based on a large number of engineering experience and research on SCD file configuration information,this paper puts forward a virtual circuit automatic checking method. The method includes both static verification and dynamic verification. The static verification is completed by the SCD file schema,virtual circuit verification and semantic configuration check. The dynamic verification is based on the fault simulation system, and the automatic test system can realize the closed-loop test virtual circuit. The method can effectively guarantee the correctness and consistency of the virtual circuit,and rapidly improve debugging efficiency and operation convenience of smart substations.
