为解决电网实际工况或预想故障下存在的输电设备过载、断面功率越稳定限额问题,提出一种针对输电设备过载与断面功率越稳定限额问题的校正控制与预防控制的在线辅助决策算法.考虑频率安全、控制优先级、调整代价等条件,以直流潮流计算措施、交流潮流校核修正的方式,协调控制直流功率、发电机出力和负荷调整.对于输电设备接近过载或断面潮流接近稳定限额的情况,也可以给出提升安全稳定性的控制措施.测试结果表明,采用并行计算方式计算快速高效.目前,该算法已在智能电网调度技术支持系统投入实际应用.

To solve the overload problem in the power transmission equipment and transmission section existing in the real conditions of the power grid or under expected failure conditions,this paper proposes an on-lin e auxiliary decision-making algorithm of remedial and preventive control. Consider-ing frequency security,control priority,adjustment costs and other conditions,the DC power and output of the generator and load regulation are coordinated and controlled according to the principle of the DC power flow calculation and AC power flow modification. In addition to the overload control,the paper also gives the control measures to enhance the safety and reliability for the situation where the transmission equipment is close to the overload or the section flow is close to the stability limit. The testing data results show the parallel calculation algorithm adopted is fast and efficient and meets the online requirement. And this method has been applied in the dispatching technology support system of smart stations.
