由于人为和机械等原因，标记的基因型信息经常存在一部分错误。如果把这些信息直接当成真实的基因数据，势必给QTL的定位研究带来影响。文中考虑基于带有误差生物数据的QTL区间定位问题，通过分析各位点所有可能的基因型，借助EM算法推导全部模型参数的极大似然估计，并探讨Q T L存在与否的检验问题。针对F2代群体进行广泛的模拟研究，实际结果表明，该方法能够减少基因型误差给QTL定位带来的影响。

Due to man‐made and mechanical causes ,genotype information of markers always produce some errors .If the information is directly taken as real genetic data ,it will certainly influence the QTL mapping .As to the problem of QTL mapping based on biological data with genotyping errors ,analysis is made of all possible genotypes of each locus ,and with the aid of the EM algorithm ,the MLE of all model parameters is derived .Then the test of QTL existence is discussed .Simulation results show the proposed method in this paper can reduce the effects of genotype error on QTL mapping .
