采用底抽巷穿层钻孔水力冲孔卸压增透措施,可以有效增强煤层的透气性、扩大抽采半径和提高瓦斯抽采效果。基于水力冲孔卸压增透原理,对郑州矿区振兴二矿突出煤层实施底板穿层水力冲孔,考察水力冲孔前后瓦斯抽放浓度、煤层透气性和瓦斯流量衰减系数等的变化。试验结果表明:单孔平均瓦斯抽放浓度在水力冲孔后为11.02%,较未采取增透措施时的2.14%,提高了4倍;煤层透气性系数在采取措施后提高了39倍;瓦斯流量衰减系数则减小了近3倍。同时运用压力法测得该矿水力冲孔有效抽放半径为10 m。
採用底抽巷穿層鑽孔水力遲孔卸壓增透措施,可以有效增彊煤層的透氣性、擴大抽採半徑和提高瓦斯抽採效果。基于水力遲孔卸壓增透原理,對鄭州礦區振興二礦突齣煤層實施底闆穿層水力遲孔,攷察水力遲孔前後瓦斯抽放濃度、煤層透氣性和瓦斯流量衰減繫數等的變化。試驗結果錶明:單孔平均瓦斯抽放濃度在水力遲孔後為11.02%,較未採取增透措施時的2.14%,提高瞭4倍;煤層透氣性繫數在採取措施後提高瞭39倍;瓦斯流量衰減繫數則減小瞭近3倍。同時運用壓力法測得該礦水力遲孔有效抽放半徑為10 m。
