目的：探讨情景演练法对提高产科分院搬迁中急诊科护士配合能力的影响。方法根据医院医务科设计我院产科搬迁的搬迁演练总体方案，医院护理部设计出护理相应演练方案。组织急诊科20名护士分场景进行产科、新生儿科搬迁模拟演练。演练前后，对20名护士进行“三基”知识及护理技能考核。评价总结演练时及实际搬迁过程中急诊科护士配合能力。结果通过情景演练，急诊护士“三基”知识及护理技能水平明显提高，在产科、新生儿科搬迁过程中，护理操作能力、应急能力及沟通协调能力明显提高，出现的问题明显下降。结论情景演练法能提高产科分院搬迁中急诊科护士配合能力。

Objectives To investigate the effects of scene walkthrough on nurses' coordination ability of emergency department during obstetrics branch relocation.Methods The exercise schemes of nurse were constituted by nursing department according the general schemes of relocation designed by medical department of our hospital.20 nurses of emergency department were enrolled in the scene walkthrough of relocation. Those "three basic" knowledge and nursing skills were assessed before and after scene walkthrough of relocation of obstetric and neonatal paediatrics.The nurses's coordination abilities during scene walkthrough and actual removal were evaluated and summarized.Results Scene walkthrough may improve the nurses'levels of "three basic" knowledge and nursing skills.The abilities of nursing,emergency and communication significantly increased,and problems significantly decreased in actual removal. ConclusionScene walkthrough might improve nurses' coordination abilities of emergency department during obstetrics branch relocation.
