目的：探讨应用软衬式赝复体修复单侧上颌骨缺损的临床效果。方法以2010年9月至2014年9月北京大学深圳医院口腔科收治的16例单侧上颌骨缺损的患者为研究对象,制作软衬式赝复体修复上颌骨缺损部分。分别测量患者术后戴入赝复体前和戴入赝复体1个月后的咀嚼效率和语音清晰度值。结果单侧上颌骨缺损应用赝复体修复1个月后,咀嚼效率与语音清晰度值差异有统计学意义(t 咀嚼效率=-2.33,P咀嚼效率=0.034；t 语音清晰度=-2.49,P语音清晰度=0.029)。结论软衬式赝复体修复单侧上颌骨缺损可以取得良好的修复效果。
목적：탐토응용연츤식안복체수복단측상합골결손적림상효과。방법이2010년9월지2014년9월북경대학심수의원구강과수치적16례단측상합골결손적환자위연구대상,제작연츤식안복체수복상합골결손부분。분별측량환자술후대입안복체전화대입안복체1개월후적저작효솔화어음청석도치。결과단측상합골결손응용안복체수복1개월후,저작효솔여어음청석도치차이유통계학의의(t 저작효솔=-2.33,P저작효솔=0.034；t 어음청석도=-2.49,P어음청석도=0.029)。결론연츤식안복체수복단측상합골결손가이취득량호적수복효과。
Objective To evaluate the influences of maxillofacial prosthesis on patients with maxillary defects. Methods Sixteen patients with maxillary defects were selected in this study and restored with maxillofacial prosthesis. Masticatory efficiency test and speech intelligibility test were conducted to evaluate the functions of mastication and speaking. Result After 1 month of restoration, masticatory efficiency and speech intelligibility were increased (tmasticatory eficiency=-2.33, Pmasticatory eficiency=0.034;tspe ch inteligibility=-2.49, Pspe ch inteligibility=0.029). Conclusion Maxillofacial prosthesis is an efficient method to repair maxillary defects.
