利用FBRM、SEM和XRD等仪器观察和分析烟道气饱充石灰乳过程,结果表明:饱充生成颗粒弦长范围为<55μm的方解石型的碳酸钙,碳酸钙颗粒形状主要为分叉钟乳石。研究结果可为实现制糖产业的绿色加工和节能减排提供理论和技术依据。

The carbonation process in the milk of lime using the flue gas was investigated by Focused Beam Reflectance Measurement (FBRM), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The experimental results showed that the chord length range of the calcite was <55 μm and the morphology was bifurcation stalactite, which made foundation for practical application on green processing and energy savings of sugar industry in the future.
