目的:探讨黄芩黄酮A对脊髓损伤后抗炎症反应的功能分析.方法:选择健康成年雌性清洁级SD大鼠120只.将120只大鼠分为A、B、C组,各40只.其中A组采取单纯椎板切除术,B组为急性脊髓损伤,C组为急性脊髓损伤后采取黄芩黄酮A治疗组,对抗炎症反应进行分析.结果:在120只SD大鼠中,死亡8只,造模成功率为93.3%,予以补足,纳入分析.B 组大鼠在各时间点的 BBB评分与 A组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=7.232、6.209、8.842、9.284、5.433、7.392,P<0.05).C组大鼠在各时间点的BBB评分与B组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=7.312、9.283,P<0.05).结论:黄芩黄酮A能够显著抑制急性脊髓损伤后NF-κBp65的活化,降低TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6等细胞因子表达,缓解炎症反应,提高治疗效果.

목적:탐토황금황동A대척수손상후항염증반응적공능분석.방법:선택건강성년자성청길급SD대서120지.장120지대서분위A、B、C조,각40지.기중A조채취단순추판절제술,B조위급성척수손상,C조위급성척수손상후채취황금황동A치료조,대항염증반응진행분석.결과:재120지SD대서중,사망8지,조모성공솔위93.3%,여이보족,납입분석.B 조대서재각시간점적 BBB평분여 A조상비,차이유통계학의의(t=7.232、6.209、8.842、9.284、5.433、7.392,P<0.05).C조대서재각시간점적BBB평분여B조상비,차이유통계학의의(t=7.312、9.283,P<0.05).결론:황금황동A능구현저억제급성척수손상후NF-κBp65적활화,강저TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6등세포인자표체,완해염증반응,제고치료효과.
Objective: To investigate the analysis of anti-inflammatory response after spinal cord injury treated with skullcapflavone A. Methods: 120 healthy adult female SD rats were selected. The 120 rats were divided into A, B, C groups, 40 for each. A group which take simple laminectomy for spinal cord injury in group B, group C take skullcapflavone A treatment group after acute spinal cord injury, fight inflammation analyzed. Results: SD rats at 120, died eight, modeling success rate was 93.3%, to be filled, included in the analysis. Compared with group A, BBB score after comparative analysis of rats at each time point group B, the difference was statistically significant (t=7.232, 6.209, 8.842, 9.284, 5.433, 7.392,P<0.05). Compared with group B, after a comparative analysis of rat BBB scores at each time point in group C, the difference was statistically significant (t=7.312, 9.283,P<0.05). Conclusion: Skullcapflavone A significantly inhibited the activation of NF-κBp65 after acute spinal cord injury, reduced TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and other cytokine expression, relieve inflammation, improve the therapeutic effect.
