传统社会气象科技人才的培养工作实际上已经呈现出一种专门化的倾向，气象科技人才的培养、气象科技知识的发展严重脱离生产、生活的客观需要，极大地遏制了我国气象科技人才的培养工作。本文深入分析了近代欧洲先进的军事设备和科学技术的引进对洋务运动时期和民国时期近代科技人才的培养模式的影响。

The cultivation of meteorological talents in the tradi-tional society has shown a professional trend. The cultivation of meteorological talents and the development of meteorological knowledge has been severely separated from the objective re-quirements of production and life, having greatly contained the cultivation of meteorological talents in China's feudal society. This paper deeply analyzes the introduction of modern European advanced military equipment and science and technology, and the cultivation mode of modern science and technology talents during the period of Westernization Movement and the period of the Republic of China.
