目的:研究脑利钠肽与组织多普勒成像技术在老年无症状心力衰竭中的应用价值。方法选取老年无症状心力衰竭患者124例,按脑利钠肽水平分为脑利钠肽正常组、脑利钠肽异常组,将50例有症状的心力衰竭作为对照组,比较三组间组织多普勒的差异。结果脑利钠肽正常组、脑利钠肽异常组、对照组平均 Sm 依次降低,但是在脑利钠肽正常组、脑利钠肽异常组间比较,P >0.05,两组与对照组比较,均 P <0.05;二尖瓣 E/Em 依次增大,三组之间比较,P <0.05。结论无症状心力衰竭 BNP 异常组与 BNP 正常组比较舒张功能障碍程度更为严重,其原因可能为早期舒张性心力衰竭,因此 BNP 在早期诊断舒张性心衰具有一定临床意义。二尖瓣 E/Em 比值可有效地反映心力衰竭患者的左心室舒张末充盈压。
目的:研究腦利鈉肽與組織多普勒成像技術在老年無癥狀心力衰竭中的應用價值。方法選取老年無癥狀心力衰竭患者124例,按腦利鈉肽水平分為腦利鈉肽正常組、腦利鈉肽異常組,將50例有癥狀的心力衰竭作為對照組,比較三組間組織多普勒的差異。結果腦利鈉肽正常組、腦利鈉肽異常組、對照組平均 Sm 依次降低,但是在腦利鈉肽正常組、腦利鈉肽異常組間比較,P >0.05,兩組與對照組比較,均 P <0.05;二尖瓣 E/Em 依次增大,三組之間比較,P <0.05。結論無癥狀心力衰竭 BNP 異常組與 BNP 正常組比較舒張功能障礙程度更為嚴重,其原因可能為早期舒張性心力衰竭,因此 BNP 在早期診斷舒張性心衰具有一定臨床意義。二尖瓣 E/Em 比值可有效地反映心力衰竭患者的左心室舒張末充盈壓。
목적:연구뇌리납태여조직다보륵성상기술재노년무증상심력쇠갈중적응용개치。방법선취노년무증상심력쇠갈환자124례,안뇌리납태수평분위뇌리납태정상조、뇌리납태이상조,장50례유증상적심력쇠갈작위대조조,비교삼조간조직다보륵적차이。결과뇌리납태정상조、뇌리납태이상조、대조조평균 Sm 의차강저,단시재뇌리납태정상조、뇌리납태이상조간비교,P >0.05,량조여대조조비교,균 P <0.05;이첨판 E/Em 의차증대,삼조지간비교,P <0.05。결론무증상심력쇠갈 BNP 이상조여 BNP 정상조비교서장공능장애정도경위엄중,기원인가능위조기서장성심력쇠갈,인차 BNP 재조기진단서장성심쇠구유일정림상의의。이첨판 E/Em 비치가유효지반영심력쇠갈환자적좌심실서장말충영압。
Objective To study the brain natriuretic peptide and tissue Doppler imaging technology in the application value of senile asymptomatic heart failure. Methods 124 cases of elderly patients with asymptomatic heart failure by brain natriuretic peptide levels were divided into normal group of brain natriuretic peptide and brain natriuretic peptide abnormal group, will be as a control group of 50 cases of symptomatic heart failure, comparison of tissue Doppler difference between three groups. Results The result of brain natriuretic peptide of normal and abnormal brain natriuretic peptide group, control group, in turn, reduced the average Sm, but in brain natriuretic peptide between normal and abnormal brain natriuretic peptide <br> group comparison P>0.05, both group compared with control group, P<0.05, Mitral E/Em, in turn, increases, comparison between three groups P>0.05. Conclusion Asymptomatic heart failure group BNP abnormal diastolic dysfunction degree than normal group, the BNP may be early diastolic heart failure, BNP on diastolic heart failure early diagnosis is of certain clinical significance. Mitral E/Em ratio can effectively reflect the heart failure in patients with left ventricular end-diastolic pressure.
