目的：探讨注射用丹参多酚酸盐致不良反应发生的一般规律及特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院使用注射用丹参多酚酸盐患者4000例进行观察记录整理分析。结果发现注射用丹参多酚酸盐引起的新的不良反应4例，未见性别、年龄和病种差异，所致不良反应主要为头痛、头晕，偶有谷丙转氨酶升高、心悸、皮疹等不良反应主要表现为速发型。结论应加强对注射用丹参多酚酸盐不良反应的监测，确保用药安全有效。
목적：탐토주사용단삼다분산염치불량반응발생적일반규률급특점，위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법대아원사용주사용단삼다분산염환자4000례진행관찰기록정리분석。결과발현주사용단삼다분산염인기적신적불량반응4례，미견성별、년령화병충차이，소치불량반응주요위두통、두훈，우유곡병전안매승고、심계、피진등불량반응주요표현위속발형。결론응가강대주사용단삼다분산염불량반응적감측，학보용약안전유효。
Objective To study the general rules and characteristics of the adverse reactions induced by injection of salvia miltiorrhiza, and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods 4 000 cases of the patients were observed and recorded in the use of the injection of salvia miltiorrhiza. Results Arising from the injection of depside salt from salvia miltiorrhiza new adverse reactions 4 cases, no gender, age and disease differences, caused by adverse reactions mainly adverse reactions of headache, dizziness, occasionally elevated alanine aminotransferase, palpitation, skin rash, mainly for the rapid onset.
