目的：探讨口腔颌面部常用组织瓣在口腔颌面部组织缺损修复中的临床效果和适应证。方法对330例口腔颌面部缺损患者，运用常用的13类组织瓣进行修复。结果游离组织瓣移植13例中1例前臂皮瓣坏死，带蒂皮瓣283例中部分坏死7例，肋骨、髂骨移植共34例，髂骨部分坏死1例；其余各类组织瓣（共321例）全部成活。结论区别应用不同组织瓣进行口腔颌面部组织缺损修复，可较好恢复患者口腔颌面部功能及形态，能够提高患者生活及生存质量，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토구강합면부상용조직판재구강합면부조직결손수복중적림상효과화괄응증。방법대330례구강합면부결손환자，운용상용적13류조직판진행수복。결과유리조직판이식13례중1례전비피판배사，대체피판283례중부분배사7례，륵골、가골이식공34례，가골부분배사1례；기여각류조직판（공321례）전부성활。결론구별응용불동조직판진행구강합면부조직결손수복，가교호회복환자구강합면부공능급형태，능구제고환자생활급생존질량，치득추엄응용。
ObjectiveTo explore the indications and clinical effect of the main management of oral and maxillofacial tissue flap for repairing oral and maxillofacial tissue defects.Methods 330 cases with oral and maxillofacial tissue defects were repaired by 13 kinds of tissue flap.Results 1 case of forearm flap in 13 cases of free tissue flap failed, 7 cases in 283 cases of pedicle flap were partial necrosis, 1 cases iliac of 34 cases of bone transplant was failed; the rest of all kinds of tissue flaps(n=321)survival.Conclusion Using different tissue flap for oral and maxillofacial tissue defect repair can get better recovery patient's oral and maxillofacial function and morphology, to improve the quality of patient's life and survival. It is worthy of popularization and application.
