目的:了解湖南某高校生命科学学院一年级学生对实验室急救知识的掌握情况,探索提高大学生实验室急救知识的有效途径。方法以整群随机抽样法抽取272名生命科学学院一年级学生,随机分为实验组和对照组,向实验组大学生发放实验室安全和急救知识速查手册并进行讲解,对照组则不进行任何干预,每组均于干预前和干预后发放实验室安全和急救知识问卷进行测试。结果基线调查时,两组大学生仅有“被玻璃等利器割伤后的急救”、“触电后的急救”和“皮肤沾染强碱的处理”的回答正确率超过了80%,分别为94.1%(127/135)、82.2%(111/135)、88.9%(120/135)。干预后,除“被玻璃等利器割伤后的急救”外,实验组其余24个题目的回答正确率均高于干预前。结论大学生实验室安全和急救知识水平亟待提高,进行有效的干预可以提高他们的相关知识水平。

Objectives To discover the students'awareness of laboratory safety and first aid knowledge and explore effective approaches to improve it.Methods By cluster random sampling method,272 freshmen were gathered from the school of life science,and then randomly categorized into two groups:the experimental group and the control group.A pocket guide detailing laboratory safety and first-aid knowledge was provided to the experimental group and some explanations were given to them at the same time,while no intervention was performed to the control group.After that,a test was given to both the experimental group and the control group by means of questionnaire related to laboratory safety and first aid knowledge not only before the intervention but also after it.Results In this version of test,the correction rate of only three questions concerning"first aid measures of glass scratch",first aid measures of electric shock" and "treatment of skin with alkali" in the first survey was more than 80% in two groups,and they were 94.1(127/135)、82.2(1 1 1/135)and 88.9(120/135)respectively.But after the intervention, the experimental group had a better accuracy in 24 of all the questions.Conclusions Knowledge of laboratory safety and first aid has to be improved greatly,and effective intervention may help the students to improve a lot in relevant knowledge.
