本文基于湖北民族学院学科竞赛平台,结合本校大学生创新基地对构建大学生学科竞赛的长效机制,对培养创新型人才进行了探索。通过实践可发现,学科竞赛对大学生创新能力培养的推动作用主要表现在转变学生学习方式、创新思维方式的培养和驱动创新等方面。在经过多年的实践发现,为了更好地培养大学生的科技创新能力,在搭建学科竞赛平台时,首先要结合课程建设,将学科竞赛和创新能力的培训融入日常的教学中;指导老师应做好学科竞赛平台的搭建、学生创新思维的引领和创新团队的管理;选拔不同专业的学生参加学科竞赛,充分发挥专业背景的异质性来提高竞赛团队的创新能力。

Based on the discipline competition platform of Hubei University for Nationalities, combined with the innovation base for enrolled university students, this paper explores the establish-ment of a long-term mechanism for university students' discipline competition and the cultivation of innovation-oriented talents. It can be found in practice that the promoting role of discipline competition for the cultivation of university students' innovation ability is mainly manifested as transforming students' learning styles and innovation thinking styles, cultivating and stimulating innovation. To better cultivate university students' scientific and technological innovation ability, we should establish a discipline competition platform through the following measures: we should integrate discipline competition and innovation ability cultivation into routine teaching based on curriculum construction;instruc-tors should make efforts to establish the platform, guide students' innovation thinking and manage the innovation team; we should also select students of different majors to participate in discipline competition, so as to improve the innovation ability of the compe-tition team by giving play to the advantages of different majors.
