目的：评价缺血性卒中急性期住院患者血红蛋白水平与患者功能预后的关系。方法纳入病程在48h的急性缺血性卒中患者，检测血红蛋白水平，美国公立卫生院卒中评分评价卒中严重程度，六个月后予以改良Rankin量表和Barthel指数评分判断患者功能预后。结果143例急性缺血性卒中患者纳入本研究，血红蛋白水平和NIHSS评分是缺血性卒中后6个月功能预后的独立预测因素。结论血红蛋白水平对缺血性卒中患者功能预后有一定影响，但需要更多的研究证实。
목적：평개결혈성졸중급성기주원환자혈홍단백수평여환자공능예후적관계。방법납입병정재48h적급성결혈성졸중환자，검측혈홍단백수평，미국공립위생원졸중평분평개졸중엄중정도，륙개월후여이개량Rankin량표화Barthel지수평분판단환자공능예후。결과143례급성결혈성졸중환자납입본연구，혈홍단백수평화NIHSS평분시결혈성졸중후6개월공능예후적독립예측인소。결론혈홍단백수평대결혈성졸중환자공능예후유일정영향，단수요경다적연구증실。
Objective To investigate the association of hemoglobin concentrations with prognosis in ischemic stroke patients.MethodsIschemic stroke patients were included during 48 hours after the stroke onset. To check the patients'hemoglobin concentrations and to evaluate the stroke severity with National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). Functional prognosis of patients were scored with modified Rankin Scale and Barthel Index six months later.ResultsTotally 143 patients were enrolled in this study. Both hemoglobin concentration and NIHSS were independent predictive factors for poorer functional prognosis of six months after the ischemic stroke.Conclusion Hemoglobin concentrations may have some impact on the prognosis in ischemic stroke patients. However, more studies are needed to further identify it.
